Pittsburgh Technology Licensing Corp. Applies for Advanced Budget Billing System Patent
SetYourBillSM Patent Application
Pittsburgh, PA, USA(January 15, 2008) - Pittsburgh Technology Licensing Corp., an affiliate
of WeatherWise USA, Inc.®, announces the filing of a US provisional Patent application for SetYourBillSM, an advanced budget billing
system and associated technology designed to give consumers more control over their budget bills.
SetYourBillSM is applicable to any continuous payment
stream business such as energy, water, waste water, telecommunications and cable TV industries. This product, customized
to the service providers' specifications, provides options on payment timing, payment amounts, allocation of true-ups and
method of calculations of the bill. "SetYourBillSM was created for customers who
like the convenience of budget billing, but want more flexibility in payment choices. This system is so flexible that it
can allow consumers stressed by holiday season spending to skip payments in December and January and avoid arrearages.",

The SetYourBillSM technology is available for installation
on company systems under license from Pittsburgh Technology Licensing Corp., or operation as a web based service from

visualizations on the manner in which bills are set are accessed through interactive web pages. This is ideal for companies
that are giving their customers greater access to service selections online." Interactive demos for
SetYourBillSM are scheduled to be available in early March.
