Description:
SetYourBillSM allows consumers to select and specify several parameters regarding their budget
bill payment with the predetermined ranges specified by the utility. They may adjust their monthly payment, their payment schedule, their
balance payoff, their payment date and their balance carry-forward amount.

Each program is customized to suit the utility’s parameters and billing system, and with WeatherWise support services, transition
and implementation are simple.

Bills are customized by the consumer with better reconciliation capabilities than a typical budget bill.

Data is tracked and true-up calculations are updated by WeatherWise on a daily basis, allowing customers and Customer Service
Representitives (CSRs) access to recent information via the web. Since this information is readily available, it not only decreases
CSR-customer call spans, but also decreases total Customer Service Center call volume as customers are also able to view and make
changes to budget bill arrangements themselves on-line.
